Short Sci fi story collection about cyborg baby??
Hi, I'm looking for a short science fiction/ horror story compilation which I've been searching for for years. Me and my father read the books when I was little and recently we've both become obsessed with trying to find this book again. Unfortunately we don't know the title or the author.
I remember a little about two of the short stories in the book. One is about a babysitter going to a house where the baby turns out to be some sort of cyborg/robot thing. I want to drop out of college I just don't enjoy art it stresses me out and I've had enough. I fucking regret wasting my high school career. Of course I wont drop out because I'm pathetic so I'll continue to make shitty art. I'm just done. I cannot do this.

How are people meant to do this?
I can't write about art. I just look at it but I can't write about it and what it means and the composition and colour and texture I just don't understand any of it. I'm trying to teach myself how to do this but it seems impossible but I'm not going to get into university if I can't grasp this.

I've been looking for a job constantly and now it's just starting to upset me and piss me off because no where will hire me and I feel fucking useless.
I've applied to about 35 different places in the last month and a half. Two of those have gotten back to me with rejection emails. The rest didn't even bother.
